Tasked with centralizing the distribution of watches and jewellery across Europe, I spearheaded integration projects, retiring outdated legacy systems and implementing SAP ERP. My accomplishments led to my appointment as the Director of Swatch Group Distribution, overseeing IT and logistics operations across Europe.
