Within 3 months, we had to train all new staff on business processes, setting up operations from scratch and install the ICT infrastructure (VoiP, Servers, Workstations, Standard Images, Printing services, etc…)
We had also many cultural challenges and to overcome the language barriers (migration to SAP ECC 6.0 Unicode was required to manage Polish characters).
